Trippers Idol now on its 4th Year

Trippers Idol was created based on the British show Pop Idol and American idol, The event debuted in 2010 in Parliament Bar, Pasay City and was a big success with the members.

The eligible contestants must be a current member with at least 2 GEB and 1 SEB (Outreach) with 90 Days of membership prior to the Elimination date. Rule of exemption/changes in eligibility applies with the approval of the National Board and or by the National President.

The contestants must be legal Philippine Citizen and must not hold any current recording or talent representation contract by the elimination in previous years by the audition.

Contestants go through at least two set of cut. The first is a brief audition with a few other contestants in front of selectors which may include judges. Successful auditions then sing in front of live audience during the elimination round where more may be cut, and only then can they proceed to FINALS.
